How to use

Take 1 Liqui-Cap in the morning and 1 Liqui-Cap in the afternoon, between meals.

Do not take with food.

Never exceed 1 Liqui-Cap per serving or 2 Liqui-Caps in 24 hours. Two capsules provide a total of 400 mg caffeine, in addition to the formula’s other stimulant ingredients.

Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.

Do not consume caffeine or stimulants from other sources while using this product.

Do not use for longer than 2 months. Follow with a 1-month off-period.
